Skarljus
Ski resort with 17 houses and 27 apartments. Located on a picturesque hill with a wonderful view of the lush forests of Tänndalen, Sweden.
In this project we jumped in then it was halfway done. Customer asked us to overtake and finish this project with our materials and workers.
A bit more colors to match with bright the autumn in surrounding forest. Color games between natural and black in the exterior, or natural, black, rust red and blue in the interior.
Wooden frame construction combined with Leca blocks underground walls to make a perfect synergy for ski resort in the middle of a mountain. Soil pressure is high in this area, so it is necessary to provide a strong structure that will stand stable for years.
Ski resort consists of Small (48m2), Medium (62-66m2), Large (86-94m2) and Extra large (124m2) apartments.
Most of the furniture is produced by our cooperation partners in Latvia - carpentry LTD Woodheart. Every little detail has been carefully thought out to fit in its intended place and match the overall design of the house.
