We made the first dig in the ground around the middle of May and gave house keys to the customer at the end of December, so customers could move in at the peak of winter season. A little bit more than 7 months of hard work has resulted in a gorgeous ski village with 13 houses.

Houses are painted in a beautiful natural green color in 3 different tones where you can slightly see the wooden texture under it. The size of each apartment varies from 53 to 118 square meters, so in total that makes 1440 square meters of cozy living space for the customers.

Each apartment is equipped with entrance hall, kitchen, living&dining room, 2-4 bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC, sauna, fireplace and outside ski lockers. Larger apartments has a private balcony, an oak kitchen island, its own storage room right by the kitchen, custom made shower bucket next to the sauna.

Most of the furniture is produced by our cooperation partners in Latvia - carpentry LTD Woodheart. Every little detail has been carefully thought out to fit in its intended place and match the overall design of the house.
