Introducing to our first type of modular house - ELSA. Functional design where every square centimetre is practically used to create maximum functionality in just 37m2. Modern design with wide windows in ELSA living area. In addition, the partially glazed ceiling will provide extra light and feeling of spaciousness, which will allow you to calmly observe green treetops and blue sky.
In near future, we will offer several new types of modules, which will hopefully meet your requirements. We are planning new designs for CLT modules to find a suitable house type that will fit perfectly for you. Some modules will be around 30m2 and 50m2, both with a flexible floor plan that can easily be turned into a sauna house.
